Today's Walmart Trip! Savings of Almost $30

We went into Walmart after our Nichols trip to pick up a few more things.  There were some cash rebate apps I wanted to take advantage of before they expire as well as a few coupons that were also set to expire at the end of the week.

Here's what we bought at Walmart:

(2) Musselman's Apple Sauce, $1.98--used $.60/1 previously available = $1.38 each
(6) Chobani Greek Yogurt, $1.12 each--used (3) BOGO coupons HERE and submitted for (2) $.75 Ibotta rebates (regular and 100 calorie) = $.31 each
(1) TGIF Potato Skins Snack, $2.98--used FREE coupon previously available = FREE
(3) Plum Organics Pouches, $1.48--used $1/1 HERE = $.48 each
(4) Minute Maid Lemonade, $1.25 each--used $1/4 HERE AND submitted for $5 Gift card HERE = FREE + $1 Money Maker
(1) Glade Plug In, $1.38--used $1/1 previously available AND submitted for $1 Checkout 51 Rebate = FREE + $.62 Money Maker
(1) Yoplait Greek Yogurt, $1.00--used FREE coupon from mailout = FREE
(1) Haribo Gummy Bears, $.98--used $.30/1 previously available AND submitted for Shopmium Rebate (Use Referral Code: YFKECAWX to receive a FREE Lindt Chocolate Bar) ($.98) = FREE + $.30 Money Maker
(1) Tomato, $.17--submitted for $.25 Checkout 51 Rebate = FREE + $.07 Money Maker
(2) Revlon Color Silk Hair Color, $2.97--used $1/2 from inserts = $2.47 each
(1) Bananas, $1.54--submitted for $.25 Checkout 51 Rebate AND 20% back Saving Star Rebate = $.99
(2) Parent's Choice Diapers, $5.97--used $1.50/1 previously available = $4.47

Final Price = BEFORE coupons and rebates :: $48.55

Final Price AFTER coupons = I paid $29.52, but have submitted for $9.53 worth of rebates and gift cards.

That means I just spent $19.99 after all coupons, rebates and gift cards.

That's a savings of $28.56 at Walmart!  Not too shabby!  ;)

  1. When we went to Walmart yesterday, the Minute Maid Lemonade was $1.88/half gallon. Did the sale end or something?

    1. I think it must have changed prices because when I went back later it was $1.88 too....I guess the $1.25 must have been a special price.
