Our Week in Review! What We've Been Up to the Past Couple of Weeks!

It's been a couple of weeks since I did my last update on what we've been doing.  We've been busy, so that's why I'm a little behind on posting.  Here are a few pictures and details so you can catch up with us!

I'm normally not a 'selfie' person, but I thought I'd give it a try.  How do people take good selfies?!?  I'm such a *bad* selfie taker!  This was on our way home from church on Sunday afternoon.  I was waiting in the Chicken Expess drive through line and it was long and boring so I needed to entertain myself!  ;)

Our youngest proud of herself for climbing up in a big girl chair!

This was the fourth day without a bottle!  She's now made it a full 2 weeks!  I have to admit I'm a little sad that she is officially weaned!  She's the last baby and I think it was harder on me to get rid of them than it was her!

Last week we had some awesome fall-like temperatures!  We all went outside to play and enjoyed those cool temps!  My oldest and youngest were loving it on the trampoline and my middle decided to strike a pose for me! (Excuse the dirty jeans....we were playing outside after all)

This girl had a record breaking day at the doctor's office!  She is officially the first baby her age EVER to cause an overload error on the baby scale at CNMC. She had to stand on the child scale to be weighed and measured instead. In the words of Dr. Mason: "she will be one tall girl. She can be a model!" Not sure what to think about my child breaking these kinds of records! She is measuring on the height scale as an average 3 1/2 year old! She's only 17 months!

I decided to do a "hair experiment" on my oldest.  We had a homeschool group meeting that evening and I wanted her to look cute.  I saw a picture of this on facebook and wanted to try it for myself.  I thought it turned out SO cute and she got so many compliments!

And last but not least, we started piano lessons for my oldest this week!  I'm teaching her right now. We have tried previously and stopped because she was a little young.  She's six now and I think we will be able to make progress!
